We would want to ensure that we are the one point of contact for all suppliers, so you and your guests can concentrate on enjoying yourselves. It sometimes is not always about taking the stress off the Bride and Groom but from the family and friends as well.

BespokeWeddingPlanning
This is an all-inclusive wedding coordination service, including full On-the-Day and RSVP Management, and is our most requested weddingplanning package. It is individually tailored to meet your personal needs and expectations. It can be built around whatever your dreams and wishes might be. For that reason the cost will vary greatly, entirely depending on how much you require us to do.
On-The-Day Management
Another very popular package! Lots of brides love to plan their own wedding, most of us have done this in our heads since being a little girl, but once you have carefully planned your Big Day you won't want to be stressing that every thing will run according to plan. And would you really want to rely on a family member or friend to do it? Shouldn't they be getting ready and enjoying the morning with you? This is where TLC Weddings can step in and undertake the coordination and management of the day itself, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and is exactly as you want it to be.
Even if all your wedding plans are water-tight they still need to be overseen - so why not relax in the knowledge that you have a professional wedding coordinator to check every detail and make sure everything goes according to your plans?
We would usually be at your disposal from the morning until your first dance but this is not set in stone as every wedding is different.
We will meet with you as often as necessary to discuss all the finer details. We take time to get to know you and understand exactly what you want your wedding day to be like and how you see all your plans turning into an amazing experience for you both.
We will prepare schedules and lists of instructions for the day which, once you have authorised, will be followed to the letter. We would also contact all the suppliers involved and tell them that we are now the first point of contact thus leaving you free to get on with enjoying every moment of your wedding and having the peace of mind knowing that you would not have to deal with any last minute queries or problems.
Hen & Stag Night Organisation
Some Couples feel like they don't want to rely on their friends and family to arrange their Hen and Stag nights as they want them to enjoy the night as much as them. Or they might just be lacking ideas for something a little different. Whatever the reason we can help by arranging the entire night for you. All you would need to do is turn up and have a great time!
Party and EventPlanning
At TLC Weddings we also provide party and event planning. It doesn't have to be a wedding for you to need a little bit of help with either inspiration or time or maybe both. Because our clients have experienced the stress-less way of organising their wedding, many come back and use us again for other celebrations they are planning such as a Christening, Anniversary or Birthday. Prices for this vary depending on the level of planning evolved so you will need to contact us for a quote.
